Shipping Information

General Shipping information: It takes approximately 48 to 72 business hours to process and ship an order once the order is confirmed over the phone with our live sales representative and the payment received. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, please add an additional 24 hrs to the procession time for completion of the order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national Holidays. Sorry! We are not accepting international shipments at this time. Please refer to our shipping chart in reflection of the estimated time of arrival for all orders.

Special Rated States and Zip Codes

**For Shipments to additional freight charge of $75 up to $175 is required to complete the order. For Hawaii and Alaska, the additional freight charges will be from $575 up to $1250 depending on the model of choice. Please email or contact us by phone for shipping rates prior to placing your order. Items that offer free shipping do not pertain to any of the above named states.

Delivery time frame for shipments that departed our warehouse

Units are delivered on a lift-gate truck for your convenience to a home or business.
Once it reaches the terminal in your state, the freight company will call you to schedule an appointment window, so you must be present to sign for it.

Inspect the unit carefully and make sure there are no signs of damage due to shipping.
If there are :

  • For damages to replaceable parts (i.e. body plastics, tires, mufflers, footrests etc.) you will need to simply note the damages on the delivery receipt when you sign for the unit and contact us with a list of damaged parts. We will send out the new parts via UPS, FedEx or US Priority Mail at no charge to you.

  • For major damage such as bent frames, gouged engines etc you will need to refuse delivery noting the damage on the receipt and call us as soon as possible.

We will email you with the tracking number for your shipment as soon as the sales staff receives your paperwork back from shipping. Units typically ship within 24-48 business hours after an order is placed and tracking numbers are then emailed out 3-5 business days after an order is placed. Be patient, your unit has been shipped, it simply takes longer to get tracking numbers emailed to all of our customers. You can track the progress online through the freight carrier’s website contained within the tracking number email.
